TO 10 AM CDT WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Northeast then west winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to
  30 kt and waves 2 to 5 ft expected.

* WHERE...Grand Portage to Grand Marais MN, Grand Marais to
  Taconite Harbor MN and Taconite Harbor to Silver Bay Harbor MN.

* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 10 AM CDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of Lake Superior
and the Nearshore waters of western Lake Superior.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and Tonight

Northeast winds of 15 to 25 knots with gusts of 20 to 30 knots are
expected this evening. Small Craft Advisories are in effect.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

Winds will back westerly and southwesterly on Wednesday. Wind
speeds and gusts will gradually diminish during the day. As winds
diminish, the threat to small craft will end.
